Rainy day

Katrin prepared the breakfast for me*

This is the meal Katrin is eating though, apple on the rice.
German people eat like this meal, apple on the rice with milk and sugar.
It's like a oat meal.
We Japanese never cook like this, so it's interesting.

We went to super market,
we bought the chocolates :D
2Euro a each, expensive(!?) chocolate.
I have to buy good one sometimes for experience!
Left one is popular brand, right one made in Swiss.

Katrin made this for lunch.
Vegetable soup with rice and chicken.
This is a recipe that her grandmother make it for her always.
This was a first time to eat rice in Europe, good for stomach*
Thank you Katrin!

From afternoon, we went out under the rain.

Rathaus and Katrin

It' not good weather these 2 weeks in Europe...
Besides it's very cold temperature than I expected, so if you come to Europe now, I recommend to bring a winter clothes...

What was the crazy hot temperature in Italy...

Still many people in outside even under the rain.

Museum Auf Abruf

Entrance fee was free.

I found the video that about 10 Japanese naked people walked around a chair.

We could see even lower body, so I was surprised.

It seems in Tokyo...

I thought European people likes naked body, I've seen many art of nude in Europe.

Come to think of it, a lot of statue in Europe also naked, so I guess European people likes naked art.

There is big sign of naked picture in the gate too.

We bought some ingredients for Sushi in interesting market near Karlsplatz.

We went back to house, I made sushi with Katrin :D

Used vinegar rice, lettuce, avocado, samon and shrimp.

Looks is not so good but taste is good :D

Katrin liked it and I was happy*

We drank tea with yummy chocolate, we talked each other*

Then I did Thai massage for her, today was finished.

I appreciate to meet new friend :D
Thanks Katrin!

Leo who let me stay his home last night leave to travel for East Europe from today, kindly Leo looked for next couch for me by asking for his a lot of firends!

Leo took me to friend Katrin(21:German)'s house, I said thank you and good bye to Leo, then he left.

I putted my baggage, Katrin left her home to work, I took a rest few hours in her house and I went out by myself.

But I got lost because I came here just following Leo's back...(>_<)
So I was walking wrong way though, I asked someone who walked from opposite way about the direction, she said I headed to totally wrong direction.
She took me to the station kindly, I was impressed that!!
There are a lot of kind person in Europe already I've met :D

I bought sandwich for lunch when I arrived at station 2.69Euro.

Just l ate it with looking strange building in front of me, then I rode on a train.

I rode off at central, I walked the main road.

This is the biggerst gothic style church in Austria.

This is inside.
entrance fee is free.

I found interesting fountain at side of the gate.
Strong mans..!

The other side of the Hofburg.

But the weather is not so nice, cold..

I met Katrin and her friends, then we headed to a African festival.

Entrance fee 5Euro.

There were some African shop but also some Asian shop.
If you have not gone to Asia or Africa, you never know these shop are Africa or Asia.

In the stage, they played African jazz(?).

There were Camel riding.

I ate something like beef curry though, the taste was too salty!!
The looks was nice but too much salt...

Katrin told a story if the food salty in Germany, the cooker thought about his lover.
Because he couldn't stop thinking about his lover, so he used too much salt without norice.
Is it correct?

The African festival was like this, we went back to her house and we visited her neighbor.

We drank beer or wine together and made a friendship with some conversation :)

To Wien

I woke up at 8am and wrote yesterday's blog.

Woifee prepared the breakfast for me*
Bread, cheese, coffee, tea, cucumber with expensive olive oil :), home made jam and home made honey~***
Thank you Woifee!

After breakfast, I took shower quickly, then I did Thai massage for him.
Then I packed my baggage and went out.

Woifee bought this bread for me for lunch*
The black part is flower's seeds, white part is solt.
I surfed his couch just 1 day though, I really appreciate him!!!!
What a awesome hospitality!

Then We arrived at Herbert's house who is a friend of Ilona.

Herbert is artist, his garden is also individual.
This is a grass bench, awesome.

I enjoyed his artistic house, then I said thank you and good bye to Woifee, I rode on the Herbert's car with Ilona.

It was just a timing they go to Wien(Vienna), so they let me go there together :D
From Salzburg to Wien, it take around 4hrs, I wrote the blog of yesterday in rear seat though, I got car sick a bit...

Then we arrived at Wien at 16:00~!
They dropped me off in front of the castle.

Schloss Schonbrunn

Dropped place was a good place to go sightseeing :D
I walked around the castle garden with carrying my heavy backpack.

What a wide, what a beautiful~~~!

There was a forest like a maze in side.

I kept walking on the hill to see a good view, a bit hard to climb though.

There was the building like this, the view from here is very good.

Sooooo feeling gooooood :D

I walked down the hill after enjoyed the town view though,

This is a building under construction.
I saw sometime like this in Europe, it has a seat printing picture.
In Japan, it's just a white seat, but here Europe one is printed seat, that's interesting.
This must be more cost though, good idea!

Well, I rode on the subway(1.80Euro) to the city center after the castle.
Leo(22) who met me on a car sharing from Munich to Salzburg let me stay his couch :D

Leo waited me with his friends, we ate dinner together on the street.

This is the street shop.

I try Falafel 2.8Euro.

With vegetable and croquette, big volume.
Good taste*

We 7 people headed to a cafe to drink something.

Bulmers Pear 500ml 5.2Euro
Pear and beer mix, so the taste is good*

We were drinking with some conversation though, when I said that I'm looking for next couch, a person said I can use her couch...!
Moreover Leo asked his a lot of friends to let me stay their home, so I could get a bed in Wien even I desided to come here just yesterday!
Thank you everybody***

I really appreciate and am impressed that I can meet great people...!!

who invited me as couch surfer came to Dominique's home to pick me up by car, then he took me show around :)

Stille Nacht Stub'n
This is a church of "Stille Nacht, Heiling Nacht", "Silent night, Holly night", one of the famous christmas song.
This village person wrote this song.

This is inside, small and cute*

It was very sunny day, bisides his car is open rooftop, soooooo feeling good!!!

We arrived at Franking, we take lunch.

3 kinds of Knouedel, Austrian food.
Haschee knoedel
Tiroler knoedel
Speck knoedel
Innviertler grammel knoedel

Itadakimasu with beer :D

* "Itadakimasu" means I appreciate to eat in Japanese.

Woifee paid the lunch for me, thank you so much!!

We do Farmar's golf after lunch.
It's fun we can take various courses.

Like this road we walk to next course.
This idea is we can walk around the village by farmar's golf, good idea for tourism!

Walk through in a forest.

There was a course inside the lake....
no,no, just I tryed to go inside the lake :)
There were a lot of people who are enjoying their vacation.

Icecream for power charge*

We finished the golf, I lost though, then we headed to next point,

We drove through a village the name IBM.
This must be the origine of the big computer company IBM!!

...it's just a small village we drove through in 15seconds.

And then we drove through...

We arrived at Fucking village!!! (LOL)

What a awesome...!!!

But this sign is so popular that was stolen more than 100 times...(^^;
So please don't steel it, there is already security camera watching you..!!

The Fucking village also was finished in 15seconds by car.

How can you imagine if you had a address of here?

The view of castle on the hill was coming to my eyes.

In few minits, we got to Burg Hausen, Germany side.

Burghausen Castle
Entrance fee is free.

We met Ilona, Woifee's girlfriend :)

When we walk into the castle, that's awesome, it's like a movie!!!
It seems the castle was builted in 1523 year.

Incidentally, this castle is longest one in Germany, and also nomal people still are living here for rent.

That's awesome who are living in castle!!

We headed to the town after the castle.
It reminds me Orviet, Italy, very cute and beautiful town :D

Ilona took me to a glass factory,

the man who are making glass art showed me how to make it, and he presented the product for me!!

Thank you very much :D

The glass artist who is also a teacher of glass art, he have had a Japanese student, she was a good student so she is making the glass art in Japan as well, awesome!
I also have to be learn something in Europe!!

There was a place for casting for next Hollywood(?) movie.
Thre a lot of people who are dreaming be next star in line, so there were no space for us to be a next star, we lost the chance!?

Next they took me a bar it's like inside hobby box, and took a picture*
The bar was very artistic and individual, so interesting*

We went on the opposite mountain to see the castle under sunset, we headed to Woifee's house.

Woifee made a dinner for me.
The name is "Essigwurst mit steirischem Kernöl" means Sausage with vinegar.
And also with pampukin's oil, green oil.

It was a first time to try green oil though, the taste was good and felt like healthy :)

And 4 kind of cheeses. I like cheese***

Well, actually I planted to stay Woifee's house about 2 nights though, Ilona go to Wienna tomorrow by car.
So Woifee gave a suggestion to go there with them for me.
That's also good idea for travel to next place, so I took it!
He changed my plan :)

So he tryed to let me enjoy as much as possible as couch host for me, thus after dinner he took me to close town by car again, then he took me to a higher church.

He told the story of the mayer who is in the wall, who has a long beard untill his feet.

The mayer liked his beard very much but one day he was on his beard on a steps and he falled down to down stairs, then he broke his neck bone, he died.

This is the carving of him who had long beard.

By the way, I feel very cold!!!
This is summer, so I can't live even in Autumn...

We headed to bar.

Beer mixed with Lemonede.

If someone drink beer get drank easily, so they mix something like this, it's seems normal in Germany and Austria.

Like this, today was very long day, we hopped Germany and Austlia border many times.
I lost my mind many times even in the bar for sleepy.

We went back to house, I went on the bed quickly without writing blog.
